KBR Sr Systems Engineer - Digital in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Title:

Sr Systems Engineer - Digital

Senior Systems Engineer position supporting the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) Enduring High Level Cell (EHLC) wargaming team. Requires both general systems engineering and program management skills, with an emphasis on modeling and simulation (M&S) and model-based system engineering (MBSE). Candidate must possess a dvanced proficiency in UAF, SysML, UML, DoDAF/MODAF, IDEFo, BPMN, MBRE, and emerging system modeling and engineering languages (SysML v2.0 etc.), with a focus on designing complex systems of systems and enterprise architectures, meta-models, and AI/ML methods applied to MBSE. DoD Top Secret clearance required with ability to obtain SCI, SAP, and CI Polygraph.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 hours

Basic Compensation:

$200,000-235,000 USD Annual

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
