ManTech Senior Scheduler in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Scheduler to join our team to join our team in the Schriever Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes and monitors project schedules to ensure timely completion.

  • Works across departments and collaborate with Project Managers to determine the feasibility of project schedules.

  • Identifies potential risks and delays and provide recommendations for adjustments to keep projects on track.

  • Works proactively to keep projects running on time with minimal delays.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field

  • Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree

  • A Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience

  • Five (5) years of position-specific experience

  • Expert with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

  • Experience in project management and scheduling.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800-$204,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
