The Springs Rescue Mission (SRM) Safety Security Officer Lead provides a safe environment on the campus of SRM . The Safety Security Officer lead provides safety and security support in all aspects to SRM buildings and its property in addition to ensuring the protection of SRM employees, volunteers, clients, residents,visitors, and guests. The Safety Security Officer lead stands guard, patrols, searches, and monitors the assigned post/s until relieved. The officer is required to take immediate action if problematic situations arise; and maintain access control and traffic flow inside and outside the facility to sustain order, safety and security of people and property visitors, and guests. Shifts available: 4:00PM-12:00AM and 12:00AM-8:00AM, 40 hours work week.
Salary & benefits include the following: $17.00/hour. * Full benefits package to include: medical benefits with SRM paying 85% of the medical premium, voluntary Dental, Vision, Allstate Accident Plan, SRM-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and AD&D.
