We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Project Administrator 3 to work out of Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.

PAY: $120,000 - $130,000

JOB SUMMARY:

USfalcon is seeking a Wargame Project Integrator to join the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Delta 10 Operating Location-Bravo (OL-B) Wargaming Team. Delta 10/OL-B Wargaming includes the USSF Title 10 Schriever Wargame series, a variety of other wargaming types (e.g., concepts, doctrinal, educational, coalition), and wargame training. The Wargame Project Integrator will be responsible for administrative support and processing, logistical planning, registrar duties, security oversight, and liaison support for Information Technology (IT)-related tasks for OL-B Wargaming efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Maintain, update, and develop required administrative processes, including electronic architecture and document control and processing for the OL-B Wargaming team.

  • Maintain archival records for easy reference and future use

  • Support the OL-B Wargaming team in planning and executing conferences, workshops, seminars, senior leadership briefings, etc.

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute logistics for classified and unclassified equipment and supplies (e.g., computers, media, materials) to and from OL-B Wargaming event locations.

  • Coordinate base access (locally and at host-base locations) for participants attending OL-B Wargaming events.

  • Develop registration processes and execute registrar duties for OL-B Wargaming events.

  • IAW DoD and HHQ guidance develop, implement, and monitor the OL-B Wargaming security policies, administration, protocols, and procedures.

  • Review OL-B Wargaming event-related documents (e.g., trip reports, exercise planning/execution products, after-action reports, lessons learned, meeting minutes, etc.) for security protection IAW government-directed processes and timelines.

  • Assist with the destruction, distribution, hand carrying, and wrapping of classified material before, during, and after OL-B Wargaming events.

  • Identify, coordinate, and track OL-B Wargaming IT requirements and movement of classified IT equipment in and out of the SCIF with internal and external stakeholders using approved processes.

  • Serve as the OL-B Wargaming IT liaison between the Wargaming staff, local IT support elements, and facilities hosting OL-B Wargaming events.

  • Serve as Authorized Transfer Authority for transferring data to and from approved IT systems (e.g., GameNet and/or host facility IT systems)

  • Collect administrative, logistical, registration, security, and IT-related lessons learned (LL) during and/or after OL-B Wargaming exercise/event execution and publish them to appropriate repositories.

  • Assist OL-B Wargame contract protocol, as required

  • Carry out tasks as directed by contract leadership required to ensure OL-B mission success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience working for DoD organizations.

  • Experience planning and overseeing multi-stakeholder professional events (e.g., technical events, exercise planning conferences, technical working groups).

  • Experience leading DoD classification management processes and handling and transporting classified documents within a large (AF squadron or above) organization in accordance with established DoD policies and procedures

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working as an executive assistant at the General Officer level

  • Experience using knowledge management best practices

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent experience may be used in lieu of degree requirement.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI

TRAVEL: This position requires travel of 10-12 weeks per year, from a couple of days for the shortest events to almost a month for Capstone events.
