Salary Range: 180000-250000

Position Overview

Infinity is searching for a Product Management Director to join our management team. In this role, you will lead our Digital Engineering Solutions Product Line, guide our extremely talented and energetic product development team through internal research and development and customer-funded projects, and help achieve our product commercialization objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the vision for these transformative solutions and managing the teams that will execute and deliver on those visions. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and control cost and schedule performance for projects executed within the Digital Engineering Solutions (DES) Product Line

  • Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and execution of Infinity’s product lifecycle processes (e.g., concept development, feasibility assessments, planning and development, system test and evaluation, commercialization, and go-to-market)

  • Lead a team of engineers and technical staff to include objective setting, performance setting, and career development and progression

  • Oversee establishment of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and management of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based, containerized software solutions

  • Manage the system certification and accreditation process for developmental system and achieve Authority to Operate (ATO) for various system levels

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication, providing regular updates, progress reports, and escalations to stakeholders and project sponsors

  • Develop and implement a multi-year vision, roadmap, and key objectives for a growing product suite

  • Work with business development to achieve aggressive new order input and profitable top-line growth objectives

  • Participate in proposal development, including authoring technical approaches with the business development team (front-end sales and solutions architecture) and other stakeholders

  • Represent the product line at a senior leadership level. Communicate vision and key priorities with credibility and influence

  • Drive change to optimize innovation and product excellence across the organization. Help define new policies, tools, processes and cultural values

  • Work closely with the Director of Innovation (Business Development) to engage with customers and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle, from the cradle-to-grave

  • Develop presentations and conduct product demonstrations to existing and prospective customers and industry partners

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, technical or related field

  • 15-20 years of overall experience, >9 years of product management, growth, and/or design experience

  • Experience managing software development projects and programs

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated experience with SysML, large language models, and general AI/ML concepts and technologies

  • Strong presentation and writing skills

    Education/Experience  

    Bachelor's degree, technical or related field

    Clearance Requirement

    Secret security clearance is required; Top Secret is preferred
