International PDR Paintless Dent Repair Technician in Colorado Springs, Colorado

International PDR Inc has six (6) temporary, full-time Paintless Dent Repair Technician openings in Colorado Springs, CO from 04/01/2024 - 11/30/2024

Duties: Follow supervisors' instructions as to which parts to restore or replace and how much time the job should take. Position dolly blocks against surfaces of dented areas and beat opposite surfaces to remove dents, using hammers. Review damage reports, prepare or review repair cost estimates, and plan work to be performed. Remove small pits and dimples in body metal, using pick hammers and punches. Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical window-and-seat-operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle bodies

Requirements: Requires five (5) years of experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician, and five (5) years of experience with each of the following: Advanced glue-pulling techniques; Hail repair; Repairing creases and body lines; and Repairing larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

48 hrs./wk over 6 days a week: 8:00am to 4:00pm. $29.63/hr. A single workweek is used to compute wages due. Any deductions required by law made from biweekly paycheck. The employer must guarantee to offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period;.

Employer will aid in finding employee housing. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Pre-employment drug test and Background Check required, paid by employer. Employer will provide or pay workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Employer offers workers transportation to and from the worksite providing they abide to the contracted time commitment and are in good standing. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).Offer to US workers same as H2B workers.
