Duties will include, but not limited to, processing orders for both onsite and off-site program delivery, maintaining supply chain inventory control functions within our ERP system, providing various hospitality duties such as making coffee, setting up and tearing down from event/program meals and socials, general cleaning, setting up program classrooms as required for custom and open enrollment (OE) programs offered onsite. This role will also assist in a backup capacity for other roles within the department. And any other assigned duties as deemed necessary to fulfilling the organization re This is an onsite position located at the CCL Colorado Springs, CO campus. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Assists Operations Manager in daily operations Manage daily workload and remain flexible enough to handle all interruptions Creates and manages a workload agenda regarding tight deadlines yet retains enough flexibility to maneuver agendas to expedite projects, manage unexpected problems, and last-minute requests Perform supply chain operations that include picking, packing, shipping, delivery of items needed for various custom and open enrollment (OE) programs Ensure the facility has necessary items to meet the needs of the programs and the participants Responsible for balancing supply and demand while ensuring continuity of supply accuracy of inventory Responsible for cleaning and set-up of tables and chairs in training and breakout rooms Responsible for maintaining the daily setups and break down of the food, beverages, and service items for the classroom breaks, including glassware, to the quality standards of an Executive Education facility, and in a timely manner Sets up, stocks and maintains coffee stations in various areas for daily use Cleans out classrooms during participant lunch Completes clerical and administrative tasks Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree is preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of degree Ability to lift, sit, stand in order to perform the required duties, with the ability to handle extensive standing Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 20 pounds for extended periods Ability to follow instructions, adapt quickly to changes and work independently as well as with a team Must work well under pressure Strong computer knowledge including the use of Word and Excel, experience in inventory control systems is a plus Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Must be motivated to provide excellent customer service Superb time management skills and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines Pay and Benefits The hiring range for this role is $17-$20 USD hourly.
