Review loan applications for accuracy and completion
Assist Loan Officer by inputting loan information into the loan origination system Order credit reports, title commitment, appraisal, verifications, payoffs, and any other third-party items needed for underwriting and closing Ensure timely receipt of title, appraisal, verifications, payoffs, and any other third-party items needed for underwriting and closing Communicate clearly and frequently with all parties regarding the status of the loan transaction Work closely with loan officers to work conditions and expedite loan approval and closing processes All other duties as assigned Skills: Strong communication skills, organized, good problem solver, ability to multi-task
