As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to set qualified appointments, keeping our sales teams calendars full. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls.

All About the Role: Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our remodeling services. Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and schedule appointments with our sales teams. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and inquiries using CRM software. Follow established procedures to ensure consistency in handling customer queries and providing information about services, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team-based performance targets and call handling metrics. Additional duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills. Knowledge of the home remodeling industry or willingness to learn about our services and products.
