Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to assist the digital marketing channel owner with marketing automation management. This position requires an understanding of the principles and uses of marketing automation. This role will be responsible for utilizing marketing automation software to develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns in various channels. The role will work closely with others in the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and contribute to the overall marketing strategy. The ability to learn new software tools quickly is key to this role. This position requires the ability to communicate, set realistic expectations for delivery and to be able to manage their workday efficiently by juggling multiple requests from multiple business units.

Essential Functions Build and execute targeted marketing automation campaigns, including segmentation, design, scheduling, and deployment Manage day-to-day tasks within a marketing automation platform (e. g. , HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Blueshift) Create and manage audience segments based on specific demographics, behaviors, and interests Maintain and optimize email templates for optimal user experience across devices Analyze campaign performance metrics (e. g. click rates, unsubscribe rates, conversion rates) and recommend improvements based on data insights Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends and best practices Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a similar field. 2+ years' of experience in Digital marketing or a relevant field 6+ months months' experience in a marketing automation platform Pref 1+ year experience in a marketing environment related to a financial services industry Pref

Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experien

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Strong written, oral, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices Analytical mind with a strong focus on data-driven decision making Experience with campaign building, segmentation and lead nurturing Meticulous content evaluation and editing skills (grammar, punctuation, and formatting) Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word/Excel/Outlook). (preferred) Comfortable editing content in basic HTML, JSON, and CSS. (preferred) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
