You'll workwith engineers, program managers, and information assurance personnel toidentify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer'sneeds and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effectivesolutions. We need to come up with the best solution, so you'llinvestigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go wherethe industry is going. As a team, we'll take a critical approach tonetwork design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintaina balance of security and mission needs. This is a chance to learn from a teamof experts as you make a difference in the security of US information systems.Your contributions will help customers overcome their most difficultchallenges by integrating secure practices like secure software development,continuous monitoring, and risk analysis. Join our team as we improve military satellite communicationstEmpower change with us.You Have:4+ years of experience in Information Assurance (IA) and CybersecurityExperience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, andPowerPointKnowledge of the discipline and practice of Systems Engineering throughout thesystem life cycle phases of concept, development, production, use,support, and retirementExperience working RMF Authorization to Operate (ATO) or InterimAuthorization to Test (IATT) packages for major DoD space programs.Experience with RMF or DIACAP Independent Verification and Validation(IV&V) CertificationKnowledge of NIST 800-53 and CNSSI 1253 RMF Analysis and AccreditationAbility to write final-version deliverable technical documents and reportsAbility to obtain a security clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,Computer Science, Network and Telecommunications, Information Systems,Information Technology, or Computer Information SystemsNice If You Have:6+ years of experience in IA and Cybersecurity6+ years of experience in System Engineering Architecture and DesignPossession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teambuilding skillsPossession of excellent writing and oral presentation skillsSecret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearanceMaster's degree in Computer Science Engineering with emphasis in IA andCybersecurity preferredCISSP CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may needto meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Compensation:The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $83,000 to$86,000.
