Job Title:

Cyber Program Manager

Location:

Colorado Springs, CO

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects or initiatives valued at $50M or above to deliver broader business objectives

Ensure the alignment and integration of these projects to achieve strategic goals.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the business and client goals.

Program Planning and Management: Design, plan, and manage the program and its activities within the constraints of budget, time, and scope.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project teams involved in the program, providing guidance and motivation to drive performance.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans and escalation as necessary.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the program budget, allocating resources effectively across the projects.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of the program to all stakeholders.

Quality Control: Ensure all projects under the program meet quality standards and are compliant with organizational procedures and policies.

Business Development: Lead pursuits, to include identification, shaping, and capture, to grow project portfolio

Minimum Requirements:

Active Top Secret Clearance

A Master's degree or MBA

Several years of experience managing multiple complex projects, demonstrating progressive responsibility

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in strategic planning and business development

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Financial and budgeting skills

CISM or CISSP certification

Other:

PMP certification preferred

One of the following Certifications preferred: CCE, CISM, CISSO, GFACT, or GSLC

Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $200,000.00
