TEKsystems Customer Service Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Customer Service Associate (Financial Services)

Start Date: October 7th

Pay Rate: $20/hr (paid weekly)

Location: Briargate Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO, 80920

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for training. (9:30 am to 6:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm after training)

Job Description

• Reviews transaction requests and authorizations and processes transactions.

• The Retail Investment Services role entails fielding and following up on inbound calls to our service center phone lines.

• Questions from clients vary in nature but can include account transactions and account maintenance.

• Workers should be prepared to research and respond to simple and complex client inquiries while also occasionally working with frustrated or upset clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience required

• Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)

• Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email
