Sodexo is NOW HIRING for the 2024-2025 School Year to start in August!! We are hiring Full Time Cooks starting at $15.75/hr (wage based on experience) to work in Schools on the North side of Colorado Springs. High volume batch cooking experience preferred. Work 6.5 to 7.5 hours a day Monday-Friday and be done most every day by 2 PM! Put your culinary skills to work in a career you can be proud of with a schedule that can't be beat! Enjoy a set secure schedule following Academy School District 20 calendar: NO nights, NO weekends, NO holidays! Must be 18 or older and have reliable transportation.
Our employees take pride in feeding the future! The cook follows specific recipes and prepares large batches of hot and cold items for breakfast and lunch. We are looking for team players who will also help with dishes, cleaning, serving students, inventory and a variety of other tasks. Must be able to frequently lift up to 35 pounds. We are looking for team players with a positive attitude who enjoy working with a team or independently, and who take pride in their work. This is a great job for parents who want to enjoy more time with their family or anyone who would like to supplement their income! Final candidates must pass a Criminal/Background check.
