Summary Description: The position involves collaborating with the Senior Associate Director of Admission - Marketing and Communications to manage enrollment marketing and communications across various channels like email, print, social media and web. It requires developing targeted messaging, building relationships with prospective students and families, participating in application review processes, and traveling for recruitment. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and experience working with diverse populations, preferably in higher education admissions.

Anticipated Salary Range: $55,000 to $57,123 per year

Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Senior Associate Director and Office of Communications & Marketing, develop, create, and manage multichannel marketing strategy, including but not limited to emails, print collateral, social media, SMS, webpages, presentation materials, video content, virtual tour, digital marketing campaigns, and virtual panels/in Conceptualize, write, edit, and proofread targeted and segmented messaging that adhere to style and brand standards. Serve as an initial point of contact for students seeking enrollment at CC. Build strong relationships with high school students and their families, high school counseling staff, and community organizations. Lead information sessions for prospective students and their families. Manage a recruitment territory and travel two to four weeks during key recruitment periods; up to 6-8 weeks annually. Read admission applications; participate in sub-committee and full committee review processes. Serve on internal teams, including data and outreach and access as directed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years of directly related experience; proven ability to develop strong working relationships with people from different cultural backgrounds, including those associated with race, ethnicity, nation origin, religion, socio-economic status, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation and other aspects of human diversity; demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and programs under deadlines and achieve successful outcomes; ability to articulate and advance the mission of a liberal arts institution and the value of its unique approach to education; strong organizational skills; strong attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent grammar, reading comprehension, proofreading, and editing skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office environment; willingness to travel up to eight weeks throughout the year, and work evenings and weekends when required. Must possess a d maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that is insurable by Colorado College's motor vehicle insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field; three or more years of related experience in admission or a higher educational setting; experience with holistic file review and selective college admission; an understanding of the creative process and familiarity with Asana, Basecamp, or other project management systems; experience with Technolutions Slate, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite; supervisory experience; proficient in two or more languages.
