Amount of Travel Required: Limited Positions Supervised: Subordinates within all divisions and site Subcontractors

Work Schedule Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. 7:00am to 5:30pm, hours & days can vary based upon Owner/GC requirements and workload.

Elite Surface Infrastructure Overview Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) is a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors.

POSITION SUMMARY Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years Asphalt Milling experience with an emphasis on Roadway and Parking Lot Paving. This position will ensure and promote productivity, safety, delivery of a quality product and development of employees while protecting the company's interest and maintaining good relationships with clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Monitor and control construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Communicate with inspector and tester on site during construction. Recognize and communicate change of conditions to superintendent. At end of each shift, ensure job site is clean, flow lines are clear of debris and equipment is cleaned, greased, fueled and ready for next day shift. Ensure company equipment is properly maintained and cared for. Communicate all maintenance, breakdowns, and damages with superintendent and on necessary forms. Entering and maintaining daily field logs. Make sure accurate employee and equipment times are recorded and turned in. Measure and document work quantities and record in field log. Collect all truck tickets and material tickets daily. Report all accidents and damages immediately to your superintendent and safety officer. Establish and maintain effective communication within our organization. Ability to efficiently operate and/or train on the following equipment or equivalent to: Mill CAT 822 PM Broce Self Propelled Broom Skid Steer - CAT 272D Knowledge of best paving practices and understanding different mix types with compaction and rolling patterns.
