Assistant Manager – Customer Solutions

Position Snapshot:

Position Summary:

The candidate will be responsible to effectively drive smooth customer centric journey in the Integrated Order and Account Receivables Management to minimize waste, reduce complexities and provide operational excellence. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer. Drive continuous improvement within the team along the entire business process, resolve issues and provide guidance for day-today operations.

A day in the life of the role:

  • Efficient Demand Capture: Resolve demand capture failures to ensure orders progress smoothly, minimizedelays and enhancethe customer-centric journey.

  • Comprehensive Order Management: Address and resolve order filtering exceptions (e.g.,credit blocks, duplicates), maintain a clean backlog and align with internal and customer teams to reduce complexities.

  • Optimized Fulfillment Process: Manage order fulfillment exceptions (e.g., delivery delays, out-of-stock issues) to meet customer service standards and ensure operational excellence.

  • Accurate Billing and Financial Transactions: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues promptly, ensureaccurate financial records and prevent collection issues.

  • Effective Returns and Refusals Management: Coordinate the return and refusal process to minimize cost and ensure compliance, while continuously driving process improvements and providing operational guidance.

What will make you successful?

  • Education: a degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field

  • Expected experience: minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Customer Service, Customer Facing Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution/ material handling, Sales or Marketing

  • Language skills: fluency in English

  • Other skills : have good business understanding, be service and solution focused. Have the passion to work with internal and external stakeholders and build trust and long-term relationships
