United Auto Delivery & Recovery Inc. Customer Service Representative in Collierville, Tennessee

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will support and provide superior customer service via phone, email and/or various computer systems while striving to build relationships with our current and future clients. You will coordinate prompt handling of all client service requests, including but not limited to, update assignments, quoting fees and finalizing recovery assignments. You will also assist Account Managers and serve as the liaison between clients and the recovery agents in the field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing client telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Ensure timely responses to clients via telephone and/or email.

  • Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally.

  • Resolve customer inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

  • Document client inquiries and requests efficiently in our system.

  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communications.

  • Access client account information via computer software and make necessary updates as needed.

  • Coordinate prompt handling of all client service requests, including but not limited to, update assignments, quoting fees and finalizing recovery assignments.

  • Assist Account Manager Team when needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to effectively and accurately multi-task

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Great Team Player

  • A positive outlook and great attitude

  • Intermediate Computer Skills

  • Successfully pass drug screen and background investigation
