Role Summary:

As a Warranty Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers and internal stake holders to resolve field issues, warranty complaints and field service / repair requirements. You will support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Process customer complaints

  • Find, develop and implement technical solutions for special problems

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers effectively

  • Establish safe and proper work area and follow all safety requirements

  • Order processing and acceptance

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Support customers during site visits

  • Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities

  • Provide technical support and training as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Organized and efficient

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word

  • Able to work well with a team

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or any technical drawing tools are a plus

  • Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industries

  • Ability to reprioritize daily while still producing deliverables

  • Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites

  • BE Mechanical Engineering and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
