Description
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and thrive in a team-oriented environment? We're looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our dynamic team!
This role is integral to our operations, as it involves maintaining customer relationships and managing loan applications. As a Loan Administrator, you will work closely with both borrowers and lenders, ensuring smooth loan processing and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with borrowers and lenders to address servicing requests or issues.
• Manage incoming phone calls to the department and provide prompt responses.
• Accurately apply borrower and lender payments in our servicing software.
• Prepare Payment History and Statement of Accounts for both borrowers and lenders.
• Generate and communicate payoff statements to lenders and borrowers.
• Manage tax and insurance tracking.
• Onboard loans in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize CRM for tracking and managing customer interactions.
• Use Excel and Outlook for data processing and communication.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth loan administration processes.
• Uphold compliance standards in all loan administration activities.
Salary Range: $22 - $24 per hour

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and CRM Sales Tracking Systems.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, where everyone pitches in to achieve common goals.
