JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic product launch leader to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Senior Director, you will play a critical role in driving the successful launch of our products, ensuring they are brought to market effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and engineering, to develop and execute comprehensive product launch strategies. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute end-to-end product launch strategies, ensuring successful market entry and adoption of our products. - Collaborate with product management and product marketing to ensure launches have clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on market research and customer insights. - Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across all departments. - Drive the development of go-to-market plans, including sales enablement materials, marketing campaigns, and customer and partner engagement strategies. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling product launch materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and product marketing assets. - Collaborate with sales teams to provide training and support, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and promote the product. - Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform future product enhancements and iterations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product launches. - Maintain accuracy and quality of release roadmap resources for all dependent teams. - Serve as point-of-contact for all launches, and partner with the event teams as their POC for all launch-related events, virtual and in-person. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, with a focus on product launches. - Proven track record of successfully launching and driving the adoption of new products, and expansion of existing products, in the market. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product launch strategies. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in B2B technology industry, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions. - Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Passion for innovation
