As the leader of our solutions programs function, you will work across sales, Field CTO, partner teams, and marketing to build and market solutions that solve key business challenges for customers. AS A PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - SOLUTIONS PROGRAMS YOU WILL: Work with our marketing, sales, partner, and technical teams to prioritize which areas to build solutions across industries and use cases Develop a scalable program for Snowflake teams and partners to build solutions, develop go-to-market resources, and launch campaigns resulting in increased pipeline and consumption Lead the creation of technical resources (such as blogs, tutorials, demos) by utilizing our sales engineers, Field CTO team, and partner community Identify and measure KPIs for programs Become the go-to escalation point for execution, drive visibility across the program, and orchestrate integrations across your programs OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 5+ years experience in product marketing, sales engineering, and/or consulting experience preferred Ability to understand and synthesize technical information including data analytics, AI/ML/LLMs, data science, and/or application development Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills. Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward. Scrappy & has a mindset that done is better than perfect BA/BS, MBA preferred The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $126,000 - $170,100. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
