As a Planner/Buyer , you will be responsible for the materials management process, working closely with manufacturing, warehouse team and cross-functional teams to define and implement strategies that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage Master Production Scheduling for product family assigned; lead multi-department (production, quality, warehouse) production meetings, supporting the production team to prevent material shortages and critical delays.
Analyze backlog orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan and schedule the production operations.
Prepare Sales and Operation Plan (SOP), Monthly Production Plan and Weekly Production Build Plan; maintain timely communication of vital changes to customer Promise Date.
Plan and implement procurement activities, including purchasing raw materials, components and finished goods from suppliers.
Negotiate favorable prices and terms of purchase to maximize best sourcing practices; build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Responsible for order confirmations and delivery notes, tracking delivery data & processing invoices.
Handle issues relating to the proper legal interpretation of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Country of Origin designations, and Customs Valuations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
3-5 years of experience of production/material planner or buyer.
Working knowledge of Procurement and basic accounting skills.
Effective time-management & multi-tasking, able to work optimally within fixed deadlines.
Good organizational skills.
English proficiency (read/written/spoken).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Proficient in ERP operation process, capacity planning and material control skills and Familiar with Oracle is preferred.
Experience of computer-based accounting systems (Oracle, Betsy, Billy) and back-office business applications (Oracle HCM, other CRM systems).
