We are looking for a Financial Services Intern to join our team!

During this internship, you will assist the Financial Services Team, learn related processes and procedures, as well as the ERP systems used in Europe.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Participate in all training classes and shadowing sessions.

  • Get familiarized with routine financial tasks, including gathering information, verifying accuracy, inputting/ processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), travel & expense reports or payments.

  • Test different scenarios for ERP system implementation.

  • Collaborate with the automation team to implement BOTS for running recurrent tasks.

  • Administrate user accounts in different financial systems (e.g. banking tools) as well as the company business/fuel card program.

  • Understand the escalation process to higher management for outstanding situations where help is required.

  • Understand and improve the communication process with external customers/suppliers, business divisions on different queries.

  • Run basic reporting and analyze data to support business requirements in a timely manner.

  • Learn to track, record, store information related to transactions and to use the ERP systems – Oracle, iScala, AS400.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Proven understanding or Curiosity about Finance.

  • PC experience (Microsoft Office package).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas would be a distinct advantage.

  • Any other European language is a plus.
