Director, EMEA ISV Segment Lead
In Fiserv we believe that the segment leaders must see the world as our customer do. This new ISV segment lead role is responsible and accountable for the EMEA ISV segment product strategy, value proposition and GTM plan. It is a deliberate move to a more “Customer Centric” organisational design in the EMEA product management function.
The ISV segment lead will systematically build a deep understanding of the customer needs and the “outside in” perspective. They will use insights, facts and data on customer and competitors to inform their decision making and recommendations.
They will create products and propositions for the ISV segment, managing a portfolio of products in a variety of sub-segments throughout their product lifecycle.
Customer centric design and client experience is at the heart of the ISV Segment leader’s role. The ISV segment lead recognises the critical importance of ‘client experience’, and for their segment they are the champion of the desired client experience and associated value propositions, working in lock step with many different parts of the organisation.
The ISV segment lead will work with global counterparts where relevant to bring global products and services to their segment and will share financial and non-financial targets with the ISV segment sales leader.
Set the segment vision and provide leadership for the ISV segment in EMEA
Understand the market and define the ISV product strategy and GTM
Create value propositions for the segment and sectors (e.g. hospitality)
Working in very close partnership with cross functional teams (globally and locally)
Drive requirements in the technology delivery teams
Define what gets built and for whom
Manage a portfolio of products in the segment through their product lifecycle
Own the merchant / client experience
Lead product marketing for the ISV segment, including:
Websites content for ISV/Partners
PR/ Content Marketing
Partner marketing support
Build and own product partnerships that expand our offering and create new routes to market
Partner with Sales on all demand generation activity with dependencies on product
Shared KPIs with the ISV segment sales leader
Big picture view of the market and client centric approach

5+ years product/segment management including delivery of products from start to finish
Proven track record in developing successful GTMs and leading ISV product marketing
Hands-on experience in ISV software development
