Job Summary: The Tweddle Group is searching for a Program Implementation Manager -- Plant to join our fast-paced organization as part of the Electrical Guided Diagnostics Team (Tracer). The Program Implementation Manager -- Plant will be responsible for managing the implementation activities for multiple programs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with challenging customers and navigate risk management.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead cross-functional teams ensuring that team members understand roles and responsibilities and key deadlines are met.
  • Build and maintain project timelines ensuring project tasks, dependencies and responsibilities are well defined. Apply critical path techniques in schedule development and project monitoring!
  • Identify scope changes and communicate the change throughout the organization.
  • Provide reporting and visibility of Program status/KPI's for customer and organizational leaders, with strong business acumen.
  • Manage customer communications, creating project planning documents, and leading teams to the successful completion of project deliverables.

*Basic Qualifications: *

  • S. or B.A - Business Management or Information Technology
  • Minimum 5-8 years Project/Program Management experience
  • Automotive or IT Industry experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Detail oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-manage, flexible and capable of dealing with ambiguity, change, and real-time adjustments to projects and plans.
  • Ability to work with domestic and international business cultures.
  • Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective, successful working relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Microsoft Teams, Zoom meetings, SharePoint.
  • PMI Certification a plus

*Travel Requirements *

  • 10% -20% domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Frequent manufacturing plant visits.
