Martins Building and Remodeling LLC Experienced Carpenter in Clinton, Connecticut
We are looking to hire a full time carpenter to be a part of our team. We are a fast paced, neat, clean, and professional firm with high industry standards. All candidates must have the following ; valid CT drivers license, live within 30 minutes of our shop location, be able to pass a random drug test, no criminal record, posses a clean driving record left to managements discrimination, have a minimum of 2 years construction experience, posses a minimum of OSHA 30 hour safety training certificate,be able to work at a maximum of 50 feet off the ground, be able to carry a minimum of 100 pounds, be able to read and understand CAD/ Architectural drawings, and have a positive attitude and be able to work with others. Job Tasks Include; setting up and breaking down tools, picking up materials and safely transporting them to the job site, measuring and cutting various materials accurately, installing various materials in accordance with residential building codes and manufacturer's specifications as well as cleaning up debris and performing various demolition.
