Robert Half Talent Acquisition Manager in Clifton, New Jersey

Description We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Clifton, New Jersey. The role focuses on primarily recruiting and sourcing in the industry. This is a short term contract employment opportunity where the selected candidate will be using ATS software and tools like Paycor Recruiting, Indeed and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring

• Utilize ATS software, Paycor Recruiting, to streamline recruitment processes

• Use platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn for effective sourcing and recruitment

• Manage talent acquisition, ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired

• Conduct background checks to ensure compliance and security

• Employ ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment

• Utilize Avature, Careerbuilder, Cisco Webex Meetings, and About Time tools to enhance recruitment processes

• Oversee applicant track system for efficient applicant management

• Handle benefit functions related to the recruitment process

• Use excellent communication skills to interact with potential hires and team members. Requirements • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.

• Familiarity with Avature and Careerbuilder platforms.

• Experience using Cisco Webex Meetings and About Time software.

• Expertise in Applicant Track System.

• Experience conducting Background Checks.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions.

• Proven skills in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment - Sourcing.

• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong ability to lead and manage a team.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving problems.

• Must have a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must possess strong decision-making abilities.

• Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets.

• Experience in implementing recruitment marketing strategies.

• Ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders.

• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
