Salary range for this position is $23.00 - $27.50 hourly . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Union position, will require enrollment after 30 days.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm (occasional OT depending on business need)
Job Type: Full-time, benefits eligible
Pay Rate: $23-27.50/hr (Depending on experience)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and service all rental fleet and customer owned hoists and equipment.
Assist with warehouse duties that includes pulling orders, assisting with cycle counts, counting inventory, and making deliveries.
Assist rigging crews as required.
Accurately complete paperwork as required for each task as required.
Expected to complete all Spider training sessions each year as required.
Assist with any other needs at the branch as required by supervisor that include, but are not limited to: cleaning and organizing work areas, cleaning windows, cleaning vehicles, mopping floors, sweeping floors, trash removal, etc.
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years experience in the construction industry.
Clean/active driver's license required
High School Diploma or Higher Preferred
Travel up to 4 - 5hrs away and overnight stays for both job descriptions as well. Up to 40% travel.
This position requires that an employee be able to: Lift 50-75lbs, handle mechanical and electrical equipment, use tools, drive a vehicle, drive a vehicle over 10,000lbs, drive with trailer.
Ability to work at all heights and elevations. up to 1000ft
Previous warehouse experience in scaffold industry setting preferred.
Basic Mechanical knowledge or experience
Basic Electrical knowledge or experience
OSHA 10 (will offer training)
Spider Competent Person Trained (A Plus) (Will offer training)
Spider Swing Stage Rigging Trained (A Plus) (Will offer training)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read and understand drawings/ blueprints and service manuals.
Microsoft Office preferred
Forklift trained
Strong organizational skills
1-3 years Swing Stage or Scaffolding Experience Preferred
CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
DOT Certified or CDL a Plus
Union position, will require enrollment after 30 days.
They may work indoors, outdoors, or both on any given day. Dirt, dust, loud noises, fumes, odors, chemicals, injury exposure and poor visibility are often encountered. Job site hazards can include any of the following: elevated workplace (up to 100 stories above the ground), mechanical hazards, fire hazards, and radiation. Also, depending on factors including geographical location, season, and/or weather, may be required to operate in extreme heat, extreme cold, or high humidity. Measures are taken to make each job site a safe working environment.
