Gilbane is seeking a Supply Chain Professional II that is a project-driven individual contributor responsible for the data collection and reporting of supplier performance versus established KPI's, compliance with all spend initiatives including MWBE and sustainability budgets as well as new supplier identification, qualification, outreach and enablement of new vendor opportunities. The Strategic Sourcing Professional II will also proactively work with vendors to ensure compliance requirements are met. This role will sit primarily in the office. Who are we? Responsibilities Collect & analyze vendor performance data from a variety of sources Manage discrepancy reconciliation with vendors Create and maintain price contracts Provide periodic Procore to Pay (P2P) system training to internal customers and suppliers Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned Facilitate project teams by procuring & issuing contracts for indirect opporational equipment and services (high volume) Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders on special projects Qualifications EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or related fiel
