Description As the only Level 1 Trauma PICU in Northeast Ohio, we are currently offering challenging and rewarding employment opportunities within our Pediatric ICU! to learn more about our amazing care givers and the care that they provide at UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital! Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is a 20 bed combined medical-surgical unit which cares for more than 1600 critically ill children each year. When a child is transferred to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital's team of caring pediatric team is available to provide the highest level of expert critical care in Northeast Ohio. This includes care and treatment for traumatic injuries, critical illnesses, and for children recovering from surgery. We also treat children referred from the emergency department and other pediatric divisions. Joining the UH Rainbow Babies and Children's PICU team comes with many benefits, including a sign-on bonus of $8,000 for RN's with 1 year inpatient RN experience hired externally.
