As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles the world expects from us. Within our plants around the world, we're constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. That means we're continually seeking diligent, determined performers who think outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our vehicles. What you'll do... Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal/team/Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Support peer team by training, coaching and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors. Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives.
