ManpowerGroup Product Support Technician in Cleveland, Ohio

Our client, located in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Inbound Product Support Technician to join their team. As a Inbound Product Support Technician, you will be part of the Customer Service Team supporting customers with the technical product issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, be a team player and able to work in an office environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inbound Product Support Technician

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Pay Range: $18.00-18.50/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for handling and resolving customer and end user inquiries related to heating products such as wood stoves and floor heaters.

  • Diagnose, identify and isolate problems and ability to document all findings.

  • Technical services will be conducted over the phone and email.

  • Mainly support inbound calls and placing outbound calls to resolve issues

  • Must be able to work in an office environment

What’s Needed?

  • Associate degree or technical training preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service/technical service experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in an office

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
