ManpowerGroup Product Support Technician in Cleveland, Ohio
Our client, located in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Inbound Product Support Technician to join their team. As a Inbound Product Support Technician, you will be part of the Customer Service Team supporting customers with the technical product issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, be a team player and able to work in an office environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inbound Product Support Technician
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Pay Range: $18.00-18.50/hr
What’s the Job?
Responsible for handling and resolving customer and end user inquiries related to heating products such as wood stoves and floor heaters.
Diagnose, identify and isolate problems and ability to document all findings.
Technical services will be conducted over the phone and email.
Mainly support inbound calls and placing outbound calls to resolve issues
Must be able to work in an office environment
What’s Needed?
Associate degree or technical training preferred.
1-2 years of customer service/technical service experience preferred.
Ability to work in an office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
