*J and D Landscapes, LLC located in Burton, Ohio is sourcing for a landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. Job Description:*
- Care for each client's property as specified in the contract.
- Maintain grounds using hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge or brush trimmers, axes) and power tools (mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws).
- Oversee landscape maintenance crew workers to ensure tasks are completed professionally and safely.
- Gather and remove litter from properties.
- Water lawns, trees, and plants using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or cans.
- Prune or trim trees, shrubs, and hedges using shears, pruners, or chainsaws.
- Perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs, and whole-body movement, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and stooping.
- Use abdominal and lower back muscles to support the body repeatedly or continuously without fatigue.
- Outdoor settings with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Use of safety equipment and adherence to safety protocols required.
