OfficeTeam is working with a dynamic organization to find a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. As the Human Resources Recruiter you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. If you are a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow, our client is looking for someone like you. This position's duties include recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Responsibilities

  • Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Forming internal recommendations

  • Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Putting to use digital recruiting resources

  • Sustaining new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Conducting various administrative duties

  • Handling interviews

Requirements

  • Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Solid understanding of Corporate Recruiting

  • Administrative Assistance experience required

  • This position's duties require a person who is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
