With direct supervision, this position will report to the Corporate HR Director and support the Corporate HR team in execution of the HR Vision and The WIN Strategy Essential Functions Job Responsibilities: * Interface with and support the Corporate HR team and Managers across the Corporate Functions * Responsible for completing a wide range of tasks to support the daily operations of the Corporate HR department including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and training and development * Support the Talent Acquisition process including posting positions, providing excellent candidate care, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing pre-employment activities * Schedules and conducts new hire orientation * Analyze talent, performance, and productivity data and metrics and make recommendations to drive business decisions Assist Corporate HR Managers with HR processes such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Merit Review, and Engagement Survey processes Address moderately complex questions by managers and employees; Serve as the Engagement Survey champion for Corporate Headquarters Support the planning and coordination of events at the Corporate Headquarters Qualifications Education: University Bachelors Degree Required; SHRM certification considered a plus. Minimum Experience: 2+ Years as an HR Generalist; HR experience in a manufacturing environment considered a plus.
