Location: Euclid - 22801 - Cleveland, OH, United States (US) Employment Status: Salary Full-Time Function: Human Resources Req ID: 24709 Summary Lincoln Electric is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team members (Management Committee). Reporting directly to Chief Human Resource Officer, the Executive Administrative Assistant provides support in one-on-one and team working relationships. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to outside business partners and other global management teams; organizes and coordinates outreach and external relations efforts and organizes meetings. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment and excel at project and event management. This role will also have the opportunity to work with the team itself on business projects. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. What You Will Do The Executive Administrative Assistant provides and leads support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. Specific responsibilities include: * Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company. * Execute research and analysis supporting ad-hoc projects as needed for the CHRO and CIO. * Lead and facilitate quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings with associates of HR or IT on behalf of the CIO or CHRO. Manage the itineraries, coordinate materials, plan logistics, communicate with presenters, and ultimately facilitate the meeting. * Schedule and sustain calendars of meetings and events with internal/external business partners and groups, resolving any conflicts. Manage Executive's contacts. * Organize and manage all aspects of events and meetings, including meeting planning, coordinating presentations and/or contributing to them,vendor coordination and day-of-event venue execution. * Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization. * Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
