If you consider yourself a multitasker & problem solver aiming to grow your career within Office Administration/Management, then our Executive Administrative Assistant opportunity will provide you with a fulfilling position allowing you to work with leadership and project teams to support NV5's Owner's Representative group. We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to offer top-tier support to the Senior Vice President of NV5's Owners Rep Group. The ideal candidate will be meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding communication skills. This role demands a proactive individual capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks, particularly in areas such as communications, organization, human resources, and scheduling, . While the position will be based in Cleveland, OH, at the Solon, OH office, it will also support our Owners Rep's national presence. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Effective Communication: Facilitate communication between the Senior Vice President and stakeholders with impeccable written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timeliness in all correspondence. Human Resources Support: Contribute to fostering a positive work environment and supporting professional growth by assisting with human resource processes, including onboarding and employee relations. Financial Reporting Acumen: Provide support in financial reporting activities, demonstrating proficiency in financial data management and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Document Management Proficiency: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in crafting reports, presentations, and other materials, adhering to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Administrative Excellence: Serve as a dependable resource, providing comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President and the wider team in administrative tasks, including correspondence management and file organization. Efficient Coordination: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing the Senior Vice President's calendar, adeptly scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight. Other Responsibilities include: Assist with organization and administration of office operations. Assist with Invoicing & Accounts Receivable. Interface with Accounting and Corporate groups. Interface with Owner's Representative Group/ Project Managers and staff. Coordinate events including team meetings, client meetings, etc. Time sheet review and auditing.
