Job Title: Custodian, Weekend Part-time: weekends Non-exempt: yes Reports to: Property Manager Days: Saturday -- Sunday Hours: max 4-6 hours/day Direct Reports: None DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Remove trash from back hallways on Saturday and Sunday and cover Holidays. • Report promptly any maintenance and security concerns to Property Manager. • Report promptly any deterioration and damage to the Property Manager. • Vacuum all main lobbies. • Wipe down all laundry room machines, clean out dryer vents, and vacuum/sweep as needed. • Vacuum and/or mop any hallways, stairways as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Be at least 18 years old. • Possess high school diploma or equivalent. • Have a valid Ohio Driver's License and have a good driving record. • Pass criminal background check. • Be physically fit to perform all essential duties. • Possess good customer service and communication skills. • Be chemical and drug free. Management reserves the right to perform random drug screening. • Be reachable by telephone on a 24-hour basis to assure availability, in case of emergency.
Requires a Driver's License No Benefits
Shift 7 am to noon every Saturday and Sunday
