QUEST DIAGNOSTICS Clinical & Education Specialist (Cardiovascular, metabolic, and endocrine) in Cleveland, Ohio

This position is responsible for being the subject matter expert supporting the development and execution of clinical and educational strategies of the cardiometabolic, endocrine, and wellness clinical segment to drive growth of clinical solutions. This is a Remote opportunity Executing clinical education initiatives for commercial and franchise support teams including clinical support for idea to market process Use strong knowledge of cardiometabolic conditions and disease management protocols, healthcare environment, and competitors to articulate the medical and scientific value of test offerings through one-on-one clinical consults and group learning Supports regulatory- and quality-related inquires and adhere to HIPPA guidelines. Guide alignment with consensus medical guidelines and policy to ensure appropriate use of CMEW test portfolio and solutions Develop clinical education digital assets (podcasts and webinars) for internal and external use Lead virtual and in person clinical training sessions for commercial and internal stakeholders Collaborate cross functionally with key internal partners - Medical Affairs, Research & Development, IT, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Compliance Identify and engage with thought leaders and experts in the CMEW fields Gathers data and generates insights from stakeholder interactions and provides feedback to the organization Required Work Experience: Experience in cardiometabolic, endocrinology, or wellness field, or with a broad medical background Understanding of the US Healthcare system, the diagnostics/pharmaceutical industry and clinical and health economic practices in the US. Understanding of multiple medical practice disciplines including integrative and functional medicine Basic understanding of clinical research principles Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to work independently and within multiple cross functional teams Knowledge: In depth knowledge of CMEW diagnostic and therapeutic areas as well as key scientific publications. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication Digital literacy required: proficient in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting navigation Efficient time management Education: Advanced healthcare providers Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant (NP,PA), or a PhD Required.
