The Sherwin-Williams Company Business Enablement Manager in Cleveland, Ohio

The Paint Stores Group (PSG) Business Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the data priorities set forth by the Enterprise Data & Insights (ED&I) Business Enablement Lead for a specific business products and projects, and managing it throughout the lifecycle. The Enablement Manager is responsible for analyzing product-specific data to identify business problems, opportunities, and trends and supports the Enablement Lead in advising the business using data-driven insights on product strategy, development, and optimization. The Enablement Manager acts as a key liaison to their assigned product line to ensure the Paint Stores Group business is upskilled on and effectively leveraging the ED&I organization's data, tools, and technology. The role requires a strong understanding of the Paint Stores Group's goals and objectives, as well as an ability to analyze data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for PSG's product and service offerings. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Analyze Paint Stores Group product data to identify business problems, opportunities, and trends Support Paint Stores Group Leaders in making informed data-driven decisions on product development, improvement, and optimization Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the customer experience and improve product or service offerings Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and partners Collaborate with members of the business group to ensure they have access to and can effectively utilize ED&I data and tools Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to data management and privacy Recommend strategic data solutions through an enterprise-first lens, supporting our ultimate ONE SHW vision Collaborate with Business Enablement Director, Leads, and other Enablement Managers to identify cross-group data synergies and efficiencies, and help drive stakeholders to better leverage enterprise data. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or in lieu of related degree, at least 8 years of experience in solution development or product management Preferred: Related certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager) preferred KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 8+ years of experience in data analysis and product support, preferably within a related industry or function Proven experience in analyzing data and developing insights to support business decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and upskill non-technical stakeholders on data tools Preferred: Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, SQL) Supervisory or Team lead experience.
