Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This role will focus on litigation and real estate law within a law firm environment. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be tasked with managing a diverse caseload, engaging in client interaction, and participating in public speaking engagements.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee real estate matters including property restrictions and construction defects
• Engage in regular client interaction to understand their requirements and provide legal advice
• Handle contract disputes effectively and efficiently
• Participate in public speaking engagements to represent clients or the firm
• Utilize skills in Civil Litigation and Real Estate law to navigate various case scenarios
• Pursue opportunities for growth and advancement within the legal field
• Ensure all client records and case details are maintained accurately. Requirements • Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as an attorney/lawyer
• Proficiency in Civil Litigation is mandatory
• Experience in Real Estate law is required
• Should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Must have a high degree of ethics and integrity
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex case loads effectively
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols in the courtroom setting
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents
• Must be meticulous and have excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
