Job ID 12408 Location Case Main Campus Full/Part Time Full-Time Regular/Temporary Regular Job Description POSITION OBJECTIVE The Administrative Director, Institute for Compliance, Risk Management and Financial Integrity (CRM) is the lead staff position in the Institute, responsible for admissions, career development, academic advising, student services, adjunct coordination, budget/finance, and administrative oversight. The Director will provide a welcoming and knowledgeable source of information for prospective, admitted and enrolled students; and for faculty teaching in the program. The individual will work closely with the CRM faculty director and the dean to develop, market, and manage the Compliance and Risk Management Masters and certificate programs, as well as handle the day-to-day business functions of this program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Collaborate with the dean and CRM faculty director to plan and implement both short-term and long-term recruiting strategies; design marketing materials in collaboration with university marketing (UMC) and develop and plan activities in correlation with the program. Lead the admissions process, assessing applications and making decisive recommendations. Create and run CRM webinars and informational sessions for prospective students. Track the status of each potential student as they progress through the application process. Oversee financial aid decisions, ensuring equitable distribution of scholarships and grants. Support the new student onboarding process and develop tracking tools to ensure everything is completed. Provide information to new and prospective students regarding program requirements, academic course details and requirements, books, CWRU campus resources and general matters related to their education in compliance and risk management. (25%) Facilitate the expansion of program offerings. Oversee curriculum planning tailored to individual student interests and career goals. Plan and organize a CRM Program speaker series. Lead program strategic planning efforts. (20%) Provide instruction on resume writing and use of social media (LinkedIn profiles, etc.). Review and revise cover letters for all CRM students. Educate CRM students regarding tools and resources for searching jobs and internships using Linked In and engage students to update their profiles on Linked In. Establish recurring meetings with students to formulate and discuss prospective career goals. Conduct mock interviews to prepare students for job and internship interviews. Maintain relationships with program alumni working in the compliance and risk management profession and make connections between them and current students. Create content for CRM Program newsletter in collaboration with UMC. (20%) Responsible for all aspects of fiscal management including development and monitoring of the annual operating budget, analyze budget variances, and recommend courses of action. Prepare analytical reports and analyses. Meet regularly with leadership to review performance matrices. Coordinate grant applications. (15%) Plan and execute multiple community building events, including the CRM program orientation and Fall graduation. Manage the CRM Mentoring Program by creating mentor matches and mentoring groups. Manage, populate and update CRM canvas page to share JD and MA resources for CRM students. Work with current CRM students to initiate a CRM student group on campus. (10%) Monitor information on CRM Program webpages and Law- Medicine pages of the CWRU website and, in collaboration with UMC, maintain accuracy.
