The Sherwin-Williams Company 2025 Procurement Sourcing Analyst Accelerated Development Program in Cleveland, Ohio

The Procurement ADP is "hosted" by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with a member of the global procurement management team. Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Sourcing Leadership Team with: Providing support for the multiple categories of raw material direct spend (including outside tolling). Assist with maintaining specific departmental components of procurement, such as inventory tracking, vendor management, process issues, information technology, and related areas. Assist with maintaining a variety of reports such as vendor lists, performance history, price quotes, and other information. Understanding of the operations within the strategic procurement organizations Assist in supporting procurement analytics initiatives including cost modeling, market analytics. Drive analysis on purchasing opportunities in working capital improvements from vendor terms management. Assist with special projects, which may include compiling and analyzing targeted data, reviews and assessments of processes or operations or developing special reports. Creates detailed reports on findings and recommendations. Understand the process of gathering and maintaining supplier pricing and maintain a standardized pricing maintenance process and analysis to determine impact of price changes. 10% travel to other locations, meetings and/or seminars is required Minimum Requirements Must have a bachelor's degree by the time of this development program Must be willing to relocate for this position AND upon completion of the program Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain? Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.? Have previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams. Have previous Internship, Co-op, or work experience in a related field. Have experience with ERP systems Have experience with data analysis tools (ie.
