Job Title: Material Handler - Forklift Operator (Picking & Packing Orders)
Location: Clearwater, FL
Salary: $19/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing orders, operating a forklift, and utilizing an RF scanner to ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using a forklift and RF scanner to track inventory.
Load and unload materials and products from pallets, containers, and trucks.
Maintain accurate inventory levels by scanning and recording product movement.
Ensure that orders are prepared for shipment and meet quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating warehouse equipment.
Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
Organize and maintain warehouse shelves, keeping products easily accessible.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Material Handler , Warehouse Associate, or similar role in a warehouse environment.
Proven experience operating a forklift (certification may be required).
Familiarity with using an RF scanner for inventory management and order picking.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
