Robert Half Technical Product Support Specialist in Clearwater, Florida
Description We are seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This position is located in Clearwater, Florida. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring that all applications are processed accurately. Your responsibilities will be diverse and will include both technical and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Apply your mechanical and/or electrical experience to perform hands-on technical tasks
• Show self-motivation and adaptability in learning new processes and systems
• Use your excellent customer service skills to de-escalate situations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize your communication skills to handle client intake over a multi-line phone system
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials and documentation
• Monitor and manage customer accounts diligently
• Prioritize basic troubleshooting to address and resolve customer issues effectively
• Process customer applications with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
• Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service is necessary, demonstrating the ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues
• Basic Troubleshooting skills are required to diagnose and rectify technical problems quickly and efficiently
• Experience with Client Intake is essential, demonstrating the ability to gather and document relevant data from clients
• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System is necessary for managing high-volume calls and maintaining a high standard of customer service
• A background in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry is preferred to ensure understanding of industry-specific requirements and protocols. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
