Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - CNC Machinery
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery to ensure efficient and
uninterrupted production. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on CNC equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new CNC machinery.
Provide training and support to operators on proper machine usage and maintenance.
Specific Responsibilities Related to CNC Machinery:
Calibrate CNC machines to ensure precision and accuracy in production.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machine controllers, including Fanuc, Siemens, and Haas systems.
Replace and align machine components such as spindles, ball screws, and linear guides.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
Implement software updates and parameter changes to CNC controls.
Perform diagnostics using specialized tools and software for CNC machinery.
Ensure proper alignment and operation of CNC tooling and fixtures.
