BayCare is currently in search of our newest Community Benefit Specialist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
The Community Benefit Specialist is responsible for both administrative tasks and community benefit/community health needs assessment (CHNA) support for Community Benefit leadership.
This is a functionally diverse position that requires advanced Microsoft Office computer skills for the development of presentations, recording meeting minutes, maintaining and organizing records, and data tracking and reporting.
Will work directly with Community Benefit leadership to facilitate scheduling meetings, correspondence, ordering supplies, drafting reports and calls.
Monitors and maintains department deadlines, obligations and performance including time and attendance.
Maintains a detailed task and follow-up to do list.
Must demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional teams within the Region and across the System to support BayCare's Community Benefit and CHNA strategies.
