Job Description:
The carpenter will build, repair, and install interior structures on site. Will work independently, or in a crew of 3-4.
• Wood framing, finish carpentry, steel stud
• Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish interior and exterior structures
• Cabinet/hardware install, metal doors, drywall finish
• Work off blueprints and building plans
• Build, repair, and install interior fixtures, trim, floors, and frameworks
• Foreman will be expected to assist and guide crews and ensure safety and company standards are met. Will also coordinate and plan for daily duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of carpentry experience
• Lead experience, commercial experience (Nice to Have)
• Drywall finishing, concrete masonry
Worksite Area:
• Western WI
Benefits:
• Year-round work, 50+ hours in the summer and 40-45 in the winter
• Foreman gets company vehicle when perm

Work Environment:
• 6/6:30 AM start time, M-F
• 3-4 person crew, sometimes all hands on deck for rarer/bigger job
