Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to assist in mapping out and reviewing invoices to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain, accounting, or inventory analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit invoices for appropriateness, accuracy, and alignment with contractual terms.

  • Reconcile invoices to supplier supporting documentations.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in invoice charges, payments, and accounts.

  • Act as onsite representative on audit issues.

  • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, trends, and potential issues.

  • Analyze financial data to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.

Essential Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Inventory analysis.

  • Experience in preparing detailed audit reports summarizing findings and trends.

  • Ability to analyze financial data to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Short Term Contrat - 2 month Duration

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
